After I having a lazy day on Saturday what did I do yesterday?
Get chicken nuggets and chips.
It’s been weeks since I indulged in junk food like that.
So judge me all ya want!
(I know you’re just jealous really ;-))
I did balance it out with raspberries for dessert though, that’s got to count for something!
Today’s the beginning of a new week and with my workout plan already made, I know it’s going to be a good one!
Today’s plan is to go into town to meet some friends for coffee. I’ve also got to get my workout done so that I can write it up for all of you!
